Core Values

Family - We're two boys who grew up in a middle class Canadian family.  We have amazing parents who gave us fantastic opportunities to become our personal best.  Skating on the community rink, walking to school and board games at home on a Saturday night.  Our goals are to offer our children the same and we're guessing this will hit home with our customers too.  Working at a project on Christmas Eve will never be our thing!  We guarantee our customers, and our families, that our systems and scheduling work… and we'll be home to help with dinner!

Trust - We like to do business with people who can relate to us and truly understand our needs.  And we think you feel the same.  Our ideal customers want a builder they can trust and relate to;  comfortable conversations about what they want in a dream home and how that dream can be actualized.

Legacy - Our collective impact is valuable.  If we are more than just homebuilders, more than just a business, we can make positive changes to the communities we build in.  So we reach out to Calgary's inner city communities by participating in community revitalization programs and helping out in small ways with green initiatives
