Core Values

Family - We were founded by two brothers who grew up in a middle class Canadian family.  Their parents gave them fantastic opportunities to become their personal best.  Skating on the community rink, walking to school and pizza on Friday nights.  Their goals are to offer their children the same and they're guessing this will hit home with their customers too.

Trust - We like to do business with people who can relate to us and truly understand our needs.  And we think you feel the same.  Our ideal customers want a builder they can trust and relate to;  comfortable conversations about what they want in a dream home and how that dream can be actualized.

Legacy - Our collective impact is valuable.  If we are more than just homebuilders, more than just a business, we can make positive changes to the communities we build in.  So we reach out to Calgary's inner city communities by participating in community revitalization programs and helping out in small ways with green initiatives
