KURT GOODJOHN, Partner

Kurt graduated from Union College in 2004 with a B.Sc. in Computer and Electrical Engineering. After University he worked with IBM in their microelectronics marketing and development department. Eventually Kurt left IBM and took a position with Synergy Investment, which specialized in the design and implementation of energy conservation projects for large manufacturing companies. In 2006, Kurt moved home to start the company with Kris and together they began their first projects in Altadore and Winston Heights. Kurt's main responsibilities entail management of the company's resources, planning/budgeting processes, inter-corporate communication, as well as marketing and advertising of the business as a whole.


KRIS GOODJOHN, Partner

Kris Goodjohn graduated from Union College in 2003 with a B.A. in Economics. After University Kris played professional hockey in the Atlanta Thrasher's system, where he co-captained the team to several successful years and where he obtained various awards for excellence of play including "Sportsman of the Year". Kris also played one season in Germany's professional league before retiring and moving back to Calgary to start what would eventually be Karoleena Custom Homes. Kris' determination and drive lead naturally to his main roles of project specifications, working with designers and suppliers to select the best products, as well ensuring timely project completion. Kris' eye for detail and quality is truly what sets our projects apart from the average builders. Kris also coordinates the marketing and sales end of the business in conjunction with Kurt, as well as scouting new projects in prime locations.
