Commitment to Service

Karoleena is offering a lifetime service program to all of its home buyers.  For as long as our clients live in their home, we will help with any issues.  This is not a warranty program, but rather a service program to help our clients with issues around the house.

For minor issues we like to book a 3, 6 and 12 month service appointment and ask that the clients keep track of items on a list.

There is a 1 year full warranty on workmanship, 5 year structural AB New Home Warranty, 10 year systems-built warranty on modular structures and lifetime service to our clients for as long as they live in their Karoleena Home.

As a Builder Member of the New Home Warranty Program, we must demonstrate knowledge, commitment and discipline when building homes.  We are reviewed annually to assess our qualifications and to monitor our commitment to customer satisfaction.  Although less than 3% of homes enrolled in the program need assistance, the program is here to provide our customers with peace of mind and support.  We are proud to be affiliated with Alberta New Home Warranty.
